step 1 : open regedit.exe in menu run / search and then press enter/click ok
step 2 : find this key --> KEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\DWM
step 3 : make DWORD 32-BIT with name UseMachineCheck and set value to 0.
step 4 : close regedit
step 5 : open CDM
step 6 : type this word
Net Stop uxsms and then press enter
Net Start uxsms and then pressenter
cls and then press enter, and the last exit cmd
(this command line is to enable and disable DWM.exe (desktop windows manager)
Step 7: Now, to enable Aero, press right click in desktop and then choose personalize or open control panel then click Personalization, select theme aero or select Windows Color and please in your mind to personalize aero color.
